ICICI, the leading Indian Retail Bank participated in Fair Isaac's Decision Management meet, InterAct at Lisbon. There Rajiv Sabharwal from ICICI Bank explained how they used Analytics at each stage of customer management to become Market Leader. Rajiv became the star attraction in the show and got an invitation to San Francisco with another InterAct meet.

Wow. Good to know.
I imagined Indian banks to be way behind on the Analytics front (when compared to their more sophisticated global peers).
But this clearly isn't the case. Good show by ICICI Bank I must say.
